ValueJet Launches KIUT AI Concierge, Becoming the First Airline in the Region to Deploy AI-Driven Sales and Customer Support

Lagos, Nigeria — [January 20th, 2026] — ValueJet today announced the official launch of KIUT AI Concierge, named VIKI by ValueJet, an advanced artificial-intelligence solution designed to transform passenger sales and customer support interactions. With this launch, ValueJet becomes the first airline in the region to implement an AI-powered conversational platform natively integrated with its airline systems, reinforcing its position as an innovator and a customer-centric carrier.

KIUT AI Concierge enables ValueJet to engage passengers through natural, conversational interactions, providing instant responses, guiding customers through the booking process, and significantly improving service availability and consistency. The initial deployment includes two key use cases:

- FAQ Agent — delivering immediate, accurate answers to the most common passenger inquiries.

- Ticket Sales Agent — enabling passengers to search, select, and purchase flights through a conversational interface.

Additional AI agents and capabilities will be progressively introduced as part of ValueJet’s digitalization roadmap, further expanding self-service options, operational efficiency, and the overall passenger experience.
