Due to the rapid growth and high demand for services, this February we inaugurated the first call center of Kiu RES in Caracas, which will provide support to users of travel agencies and airlines of Kiu System Solutions globally.
The contracted personnel were instructed on the use of the complete modules and operative functionalities of the system, for the quick orientation of the user.
Agents can also provide agency support, product sales and customer service for different airlines, among other services.
